Business Hangouts is a Google-friendly app for Web Conferencing, Webinars, and Webcasts. The solution integrates with your Google Calendar and G Suite set-up, and does not require any additional download or installation.

For example, within Business Hangouts you can customize virtually all aspects of your Webinars or Web Conferencing including the ability to change images, fonts/text, language, logos, and even change the frequency of how many times you email reminders to event participants.

Entry Level Price: $25.00 (Per host/ per month). This includes a 14-day trial and a maximum of 25 attendees per event. Annual subscriptions are 20% off the month by month price.

Training Options: There are YouTube videos on the Business Hangouts channels. But there is no one-on-one training offered at this time.

Customer Support: Customer support requires a ticket. You also can pay for managed services which gives you a dedicated support staffer to help manage your webinar.
